Since graduating from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in May 2013, LeLann D. Evans has continued to be an international trail blazer. He has continued his education by becoming TESOL certified granting him the privilege to teach English as a second language, and has been accepted into a program to teach in Korea this fall. Come April, he will begin his teaching journey as a teacher assistant throughout the Metro Nashville Public Schools.
As of now, LeLann works as a Pharmacy Technician at Wal-Greens and will begin taking classes in May to become a certified technician. Even with the chaotic schedule, LeLann still makes time to give back to his community. On his birthday, February 15, LeLann donated toys to Vanderbilt Children Hospital. LeLann repeatedly sets the standard for any Mr. Tennessee to come and is a great role model for young men to look up too.
